CD73 Antibody

CD73 is a plasma membrane protein and expressed in various cell types, CD73 hydrolyzes extracellular adenosine monophosphate (AMP) into adenosine and inorganic phosphate. It carries out homeostatic tasks and is crucial for inflammation and immunity. When combined with CD39, CD73 acts as an immunological switch in immune system cells, causing the cells to become less pro-inflammatory and more anti-inflammatory.
