Pre-Sale Order Policy

What is Pre-Sale?

Pre-sale refers to products that are not available yet. The delivery time differs from the normal order fulfillment time. The delivery period for our pre-sale products is typically two months is contingent upon item production time and availability and is subject to potential changes. Unforeseen shipping delays may occur and are beyond our control.

All pre-sale products are selling at an unprecedented price in a limited period of time. Customers can place orders during the pre-sale season.

When the pre-sale period for that particular product ends, the pricing will return to the original selling price, and Alta Dental Solution will no longer accept pre-orders.

When the pre-sale period for that particular product ends, the sales manager from Alta Dental Solution will email the customer to confirm the order information. Customers still have the chance to decide to keep or cancel the order during confirmation.

Once Alta Dental Solution gets the confirmation from customers, the order will move into the "production & preparation" stage, and all orders cannot be canceled or modified at this stage. NOTE: The "production & preparation" stage is normally two months, unforeseen shipping delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Once we have the products ready, the sales manager will email the customer the tracking # of their package.

Pre-Sale Order Policy

A full amount of payment is required on pre-orders.
Delivery of pre-sale orders is normally two months.
Delays can occur resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are considered final once the payment is received.
Making a full payment makes you bound by the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale.

Shipping Delays

While pre-sale orders typically arrive at our warehouse within two months, unforeseen delays, such as issues at local and international ports, weather conditions, national holidays, and other uncontrollable circumstances, may extend the lead time. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, these are best regarded as approximations, and refunds, discounts, and store credits will not be issued due to delays. Your understanding in such instances is appreciated.

How to Cancel Pre-Sale Order?

Cancellation of pre-sale orders is allowed before the end of the pre-sale season. If you wish to cancel your pre-sale order, please contact us via email, and provide the order number you wish to cancel. After the cancellation of the order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the cancellation has been processed and the refund has been issued.

NOTE: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they get into the “production & preparation” stage.

Returns

All pre-sale products are classified as custom-made products as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such those products are non-returnable.
